Cabbage and Apple Coleslaw with Mustard Vinaigrette

Want something simple delicious and different from your usual Slaw???
I have just the ticket with this. Crunchy fresh vegetables, tart but sweet. A simple yet tasty vinaigrette and Coleslaw topped off with juicy sweet apple slices *drools in hungry* let's get to the recipe....
Ingredients
2 cups shredded or thinly sliced white Cabbage
1 large Yellow apple cored and thinly sliced
1 large carrot julienned
●Add ingredients to bowl and toss, set aside and prepare vinaigrette
Mustard Vinaigrette
3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 cloves garlic grated
I tsp mustard
6 tbsps olive oil
1 tsp white sugar
1/2 tsp chopped parsley
Pinch white pepper
Pinch salt
●Whisk all of these ingredients together until sugar is melted.
●Pour over Cabbage, Carrots and Apple and toss until evenly coated.
●Serve with food of your choice.
