FRIED CHICKEN

Fried Chicken needs absolutely no introduction so please bare with me while I try to come up with spiffy pieces of info regarding this dish.
Everyone has a different method to their fried chicken. I myself have several and still I try to come up with different methods ever so often. This is one of my simpler methods, just a nice dusting of flour, ample spices and well seasoned pieces of chicken, fried to golden perfection. Here's my recipe, do hope you enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
1 whole chicken cut into 8 pieces
3 tbsp Green Seasoning

2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika (reg Paprika can be used as well)
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Jerk Powder
1 tsp Mustard Powder
1/2 Cumin Powder
2 1/2 Salt
Vegetable Oil for Deep Frying
