Smoky Vege Fried Rice

Rice is another relatively blank canvas I love working with. It's a staple in any home if you're eating healthy or not. It's great as a main dish, side dish, dessert etc and my favorite part is that it's usually very easy to throw together a good rice dish. My love of foods that give you that smoked, tangy vibes led me to this recipe and I chose to pair it with Lamb and Mango chutney, so delicious. If you love crunchy veges and beautiful flavor then try this recipe, you won't be disappointed.
INGREDIENTS
● 3 cups White Rice
●3 tbps Olive Oil
● 1 large Red Sweet Pepper
●1 cup chopped Green Beans
● 1 small Carrot finely chopped
●1 cup Sweet Corn
●3 cloves Garlic finely chopped
●1 small Green Onion chopped
●1/2 cup chopped Celery Stalk
●1tbsp dried Parsley
●1 tsp Tumeric
●2 tsp Smoked Paprika
●Pinch Black Pepper
●Salt to taste
