Spicy Cucumber and Tomato Salad


If you're throwing together a nice rice based one pot then adding a salad like this might be the ticket. The fresh and crisp flavor of the cucumber added to the slightly sweet but tart delicious tomato all pulled together with salt and spice is what every good one pot needs I tell you. Without further ado, here's my recipe and I do hope you enjoy.




INGREDIENTS




1 medium-large Cucumber


5 medium Ripe Tomatoes


2 chopped leaves Shadon Beni


1 grated Garlic


Hot Pepper to taste


Salt to taste




METHOD



●Wash and slice tomatoes and cucumbers


●Place in a mixing bowl


●Add all the other ingredients and mix well.


●Chill and serve.
