Vegan "Pulled Pork"

I love the shroomies okay, they're definitely meal highlights. They can tie meals together in such beautiful ways with their woody flavors and juicy meaty textures that vary from shroom to shroom. It's a challenge to obtain a wide variety locally and even when I do find suppliers, there isn't always a steady supply. When I do find me some good old Oyster Mushrooms though, I get so excited lol. Can you tell I love these? This recipes is amazing! You get smoky and sweet bbq sauce with so many flavors mixed in through the seasonings, and the texture of the mushrooms are just simply perfect. Here's my recipe and I really do hope you enjoy.
