I love eating super-foods but not as much i love creating tasty dishes using super-foods. Let me explain: most super-foods are considered to be bland, boring or difficult to make delicious. It is my belief that with just the right methods and flair you can make almost any food into a masterpiece. Eating black beans as part of a balanced diet can decrease your risk of diabetes, heart disease, and some cancers. Black beans are very high in proteins. In fact, just one cup of cooked black beans has 15 grams of proteins, among other exceptional nutrients. This recipe was pretty simple as is my way but also very delicious as is also my way.
