Hickory BBQ Cauliflower Bites

My guy is supposed to be dieting while training. It doesn't always work well with my desire to cook and experiment all the time especially in the face of this lock down. I took some pity on the poor soul and I'm searching for great alternatives that are delicious and guilt free. Cauliflower is a sturdy vegetable and it's health benefits are extensive, not to mention it can be grilled, baked, fried, sauteed, steamed etc and still hold up pretty well. So I broke down the florets, added a little razzle dazzle and made what he thought was fantastic. Here's my recipe, enjoy. INGREDIENTS 1 lb Cauliflower cut into bite sized Florets (4 cups) 1 cup of plain BBQ Sauce 1/3 cup Water 1 tbsp Green Seasoning 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder 1 tbsp Paprika 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder 1 tbsp Parsley 1 tsp Liquid Smoke 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes 1 tbsp Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Salt METHOD ●To a large bowl add BBQ sauce and all other ingredients except the oil and cauliflower. Stir your sauce well. ●Preheat your oven to 350 F ●Add florets to BBQ sauce and mix coating well. ●Spread florets on baking tray greased with olive oil and bake for 20 mins or until florets are soft. ●Serve hot and enjoy!!!!!!
